Export Contacts From Outlook Mail on the Web

To export a file of your Outlook Mail on the web contacts:

In the Navigation pane, select People. Select Manage > Export contacts. In the Export contacts screen, select the Contacts from this folder dropdown arrow and choose All contacts. If your contacts are organized in folders, select a folder to export only the contacts in that folder. By default, contacts are stored in the Contacts folder. Select Export. A contacts. csv file downloads to your computer. If prompted, choose a location for the file. Import your address book from the CSV file into any email program or service.
